This session is an overview on the latest measures implemented by the Immigration and Refugee Board, IRB, during the pandemic. The facilitator will talk about refugee hearing changes during the second COVID-19 lockdown and other immigration announces.

The presentation includes information on the Virtual Ready Tours, an excellent tool that allows refugee claimants to be ready for their refugee hearing. During the Ready Tours  officers from the Refugee Protection Division explain  what is happening at the refugee hearing and how to be prepared for that moment.
