  • Arrival, registration, event passport, raffle tickets, indoor yard games
  • Door prizes include a donation from Hayter’s Farm and 4 refurbished bikes provided by the Diocese of London

  • Presentation of ESL certificates to students
  • Speeches (Mayor, Economic Development Board)
  • Introduction of service organizations that are present
  • Draw raffle winners

  • Open refreshment and food table, provided by YMCA and FCJ Refugee Centre
  • Guests are invited to enjoy some lunch, speak with organizations and play games
