Our Primary Care Clinic, in partnership with Population Health from ICHA, will provide REGULAR VACCINES to kids and youth who are behind and not updated, so they can have their Ontario Immunization Record up to date and ready for the school year.

This service will be provided for kids without OHIP/precarious status.

• When: Wednesday Sept 20th from 1:00pm to 4:00pm
• Booking and spots available already and until Sept 16th at 3:00pm
