The FCJ Refugee Centre Youth Team and Phd Candidate Tyler Correia invite you to join Uprooted Jr, an immersive academic experience with weekly online classes focusing on critical thinking, writing, and reading skills.

• The program is free, and open to all.
• Every Monday at 4.00 pm on Zoom
• Launching on January 17th
• Classes are delivered in English
• Available for ages 13-17

TIME COMMITMENT

Please be informed that Uprooted U classes will take place every Thursday from 11:00am – 1:00pm, starting on January 20th, 2022. Every student is expected to attend the most classes they can and complete the class assignments to the best of their abilities. If there are any issues that arise that will prohibit you from joining the classes or completing the assignments on a weekly basis, please let the Program Coordinator know at Victoria.zea@fcjrefugeecentre.org . Students who successfully completes the program, will receive a certificate of participation at the end of the program. *
