Webinar | Access to Education: The Sanctuary Scholars Program
In this webinar we discuss information about the Sanctuary Scholars Program at York University and Toronto Metropolitan University.
We give participants an overview and explanation of our handout and answer general orientation questions about getting connected to and enrolled in post-secondary undergraduate education while having precarious or no immigration status in Ontario.

This webinar gives an overview of the different levels in Ontario’s formal education system and some of their sub-categories.
The session highlights the status and general eligibility requirements for enrolment.
We also discuss some recent changes in regulation rollout and what alternative resources and programs can be utilized in interim periods prior to enrolment.
